Returns & Eligibility

Due to the personal-use and hygiene nature of Snoreva Air™, we do not accept returns for change of mind or unwanted purchases.

Returns or replacements may be requested if:

• Your product arrives damaged or defective.
• You receive an incorrect item.
• Your order arrives with missing components.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:

• Used or opened Snoreva Air™ devices.
• Used or opened adhesive electrode patches.
• Products damaged through misuse or improper handling.

This does not affect your rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

Refunds & Replacements

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

1. Cleaning & Hygiene

• Gently wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth after each use.
• Keep the device clean and free from dust, moisture, and residue.
• Never immerse the device in water or use harsh cleaning chemicals.

2. Adhesive Patch Care

• Always apply patches to clean, dry, and healthy skin.
• Use a fresh adhesive patch for each session.
• Do not reuse disposable patches, as adhesion and performance may be affected.
• Store unused patches in their original sealed packaging.

3. Charging & Battery Care

• Use a compatible charging cable and keep the charging contacts clean and dry.
• Ensure the device is dry before placing it in the magnetic charging case.
• Avoid excessive heat, moisture, and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
• Disconnect the charging case once charging is complete.

4. Proper Storage

• Store Snoreva Air™ in its protective charging case when not in use.
• Keep the device in a cool, dry environment.
• Avoid dropping, crushing, or placing heavy objects on the device.
• Keep the device and accessories away from children.

5. Safe & Comfortable Use

• Begin with the lowest intensity setting and adjust only to a comfortable level.
• Stop using the device if you experience pain, skin irritation, or unusual discomfort.
• Do not use on broken, irritated, or infected skin.
• Do not use if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic medical device. Seek medical guidance regarding other medical conditions or pregnancy.
• Follow the product's specified session duration and usage limits.

Important Safety Information

Snoreva Air™ is not an established treatment for sleep apnea and should not replace CPAP or other prescribed medical treatments. If you experience breathing interruptions during sleep, consult a healthcare professional.

With proper cleaning, careful storage, and regular patch replacement, your Snoreva Air™ can remain clean, protected, and ready for your nighttime routine.

Simple Setup. Personalized Comfort.

Step 1 — Clean & Prepare
Gently clean and dry the skin beneath your chin. Remove any facial hair that may prevent the adhesive patch from sticking properly.

Step 2 — Apply the Patch
Peel off the protective backing and position a fresh adhesive electrode patch beneath your chin. Press gently for approximately 30 seconds to ensure a secure fit.

Step 3 — Attach the Device
Place Snoreva Air™ onto the electrode patch, making sure it is correctly positioned and securely attached.

Step 4 — Turn On & Adjust
Press the power button and select your preferred intensity from three adjustable levels. Start with the lowest setting and increase gradually to a comfortable level.

Step 5 — Remove & Store
After completing your session, turn off the device, carefully remove it and the patch, and place the device in its magnetic charging case.
