At LevioStore, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

* The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
* The item must be in the original packaging
* Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

* Gift cards
* Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
* Final sale or clearance items

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved:

* Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
* It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account

Return Shipping

* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
* Shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the order may already be processed or shipped.
